Well hello there…I thought that since I spend so much time eating, and dont always have my proper camera on me to document, every so often I would do a post on all of my top Instagram photos. So here we have Volume One of the edition ‘My Life’. If you would like to follow me on instagram you can find me at ‘adiamant’.
Also just to note, I will be off travelling for four months from the end of June, so get ready for some foodie posts from around the world. I absolutely can not wait, and have been counting down the days religiously. 30 more to go =D. First stop will be KL (foodie heaven) and then Roma. I’ll keep you posted on all of the travel plans and destination choices.

Rocket, eggplant & prosciutto pizza at Ventuno’s Walsh Bay. This place serves up some of the best pizza in Sydney. Nothing beats it with its light crispy base and fresh, flavoursome toppings.
Lunch time wrap at work. Spinach wrap with ham, salad & seeded mustard. Healthy & fresh!
My first trip to Bourke St Bakery turned out to mark a big day in my sweet tooth history. This vanilla & strawberry creme brûlée was by far the most amazingly orgasmic tart I have ever had. Next time I will definitely be getting a whole one to myself and not sharing with Georgie boy. Now that I have the cook book as well I will definitely be attempting to cook these myself.
Last but not least, a little Friday pub lunch treat at The Australian in The Rocks, the peking duck pizza with shallots and hoi sin sauce. Although small, this little baby is extremely filling and packed with so much flavour.
